Cabbage Kid

I've mentioned before about Joshua's love of vegetables, and today was another great example of that.  They have a vegetable garden at the kids' preschool (NaturePlay), and Joshua asked his teacher if he could take home some cabbage to eat, after it was ready to be picked.  She let him, so today when he got home from school, he asked me if he could eat his cabbage.  I suggested different ways he might want to prepare it or add something to it, but he insisted he just wanted to eat it as it was.  So that's what he did.  He just started chowing down on it as if it were a ball of cotton candy or an apple or something else that kids normally eat.  It's uncommon, but we're certainly glad he likes his veggies.
